1. What kind of candy is used? Our full size candy wrappers are designed to fit over the New Hershey’s Plain bars and Nestle's Crunch. The minature wrappers fit around Hershey’s Assortment which includes Hershey’s Plain, Special Dark, Krackel, and Mr. Goodbar candy bars. We use the snack size kit kats, the 5 flavor lifesavers brand candy, and M& M tubes. 2. Do I have to buy the candy bars already wrapped? No, you may buy wrappers with or without the candy. This can provide you with a significant savings. Because of additional labor and high cost of shipping candy, especially during the summer, you may prefer to supply your own candy. 3. Can I see a sample of my wrapper? Yes! We can email you the sample of the wrapper; we will send it to you as a .jpg. Prior to printing any order we require that you approve your wrapper proof. Before approving any proof please verify the following: spelling, names, dates, legibility, etc. 4. What if I don’t like my proof? Don’t worry! We want you to be completely satisfied with your wrapper. Just tell us what you would like to change and we will be more than happy to provide you with another layout. 5. When I order wrappers, how do I wrap them? With all completed wrapper orders, we provide easy to follow wrapping instructions. All you need is some time and a glue stick or double face tape. 6. I have something specific in mind that I didn’t see on your web page. Can you design a wrapper for me if I tell you what I want? Yes. The is no additional charge for us to custom design a wrapper. Just tell us what you want and we’ll design a wrapper for you at no additional charge. We’ll even send you a proof (via email) to approve your wrapper. If you have an image already (such as a business logo) you can send it to us either by email or in the mail and we can scan it and put it on your wrapper as long as it’s not copyright protected. 7. Can you scan a photograph and put it on a wrapper for me? Yes. If the photo is already scanned, you can EMAIL it to us in .jpg format. Or you can send the photo to us via regular mail to: T and L Treasures, 2069 SW 36th St Unit A, Topeka, KS 66611 We’ll scan it and return the photo unharmed with your completed order. Please DO NOT CROP the photo. We will crop and scale the photo for the wrapper/label. If you scan the photo please make sure the resolution is 150 dpi or greater for best print quality. Please do not send photos printed on textured paper. Our scanners will pick up the texture and cause the picture to print speckled. 8. What do I do if my candy bars arrive soft? If your candy bars arrive soft, place them in room temperature and they will harden back together original state. If you are worried about melting, we suggest ordering wrappers only and buying the candy yourself. 9. Can I mix the front and back of the wrappers? Yes, You can create your own special wrapper with the back of another. When you order, put in the order which front and back you would like. 10. Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order after the wrapper has been designed, however, there is a $20.00 design fee for cancelled orders. If you cancel your order before a preview has been sent there is no design fee charged. 11. What is your privacy policy? Your privacy is respected. We do not ever send you unsolicited emails-no spam (we don’t like it either). We never sell our customer list. 12. How long will it take to get my order? 1. We print a preview wrapper and email it to you within 24 hours. If you choose to mail a check or money order, We will send a preview when payment is received. 2. You approve the wrapper by replying to our email. You are welcome to make any changes to the wrapper and another preview will be mailed within 24-48 hours. 3.After your approval, the wrappers are printed and shipped within 2 business days Priority Mail(2-4 Days shipping time). Express overnight shipping is also available.
