Ordering

T and L Treasures decided to keep our ordering process as simple as possible. We have found that our customers prefer a more personalized service. Therefore, we have decided not to use the detailed order blank that unfortunately does not cover all details and results in exchanged emails to insure that our customers get what they desire.

So, we are dropping the middle step and asking our customers to send us an email indicating what they would like to order.

Please include the item name, which is located next to each sample, along with your personal information and the quantity. We also need your name, shipping address and email address.

If you would like a custom wrapper, send us your ideas and we will contact you with any questions or suggestions. Either way, you will receive an acknowledgement email within 24 hours which will also include any questions we may have.

Once we have worked out with you exactly what you want, we will send you a completed order form by email for your approval and list all costs involved, along with a request for payment.

We accept payment by credit card or e-check through PayPal or you can mail a check or money order to us.
